For best results, take 30 minutes before bedtime.
The deep green color of our full spectrum CBD oil is the result of our gentle lipid extraction process, which preserves chlorophyll, flavonoids, terpenes, and other vitamins and minerals naturally found in hemp. For adults, we recommend taking one capsule 30 minutes before bedtime daily and adjusting the dosage as needed.
